Refund policy

  • BrickShell Cases will accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of you receiving your package. You must contact us first at info@Brickshellcases.com before a return order can be processed.
    • We will ONLY accept returns when the item(s) have not been opened. Return item(s) must be kept and shipped in the same condition as when received by the buyer.
        • Please note we will refund the full purchase amount MINUS the shipping paid by us to ship the item(s). A 5% restocking fee will also apply. 
        • Customer is responsible for return shipping.
        • Undeliverable and refused deliveries will be charged a 5% restocking fee and both outbound and return shipping. 
          • In order to expedite the return process please include your name, email address, order number/RMA number along with the returned shipment. Brickshell Cases will not be responsible for any delays in the return process caused by missing information.
          • Merchandise paid with Paypal will be refunded through Paypal. Merchandise paid with credit card will be refunded to the credit card. Refund payment will be made ONLY after returned item(s) have been received and inspected. Please note all merchandise will be refunded in full MINUS shipping and handling as well as any taxes associated with the shipping and handling. Brickshell Cases can't refund shipping and handling since item(s) have already been shipped. Buyer is also responsible for the return freight cost.  Please keep this in mind when returning.
          • Returns and refunds are not allowed for LEGO® sets, Minifigures, or custom cases, or custom LEGO® builds. 
          •  Exchange of merchandise will be made ONLY after returned item(s) have been received and inspected. Please note any merchandise will be credit in full MINUS shipping and handling as well as any taxes associated with the shipping and handling. BrickShell Cases cannot credit shipping and handling since item(s) have already been shipped.  Buyer is also responsible for the return freight cost.  There will also be new shipping and handling charges for shipping of exchanged goods. Please keep this in mind when exchanging.
          • In the rare case of a shipment is damaged in transit, BrickShell Cases will gladly replace the damaged components of the case. BrickShell Cases will cover the costs associated with replacing and shipping the damaged components. 
          • Order cancellations are not possible after the item has shipped. For orders that have not yet shipped, a 5% cancellation fee is imposed at our discretion.
